  • How do I enroll?
  • Please visit www.showcasesubscribe.com or visit the Showcase Subscribe app to enroll. You must be 18 years of age with a valid credit or debit card and a smartphone.

  • How do I update my account information?
  • You may update account information on your membership page on the Showcase Subscribe mobile app.

  • What movies can I see?
  • Showcase Subscribe members who register for our 2D plan can see movies playing in our standard 2D format only. If you wish to see movies playing in 2D, 3D, XPlus or IMAX you must upgrade to our Premier plan to reserve tickets in these formats.  Premier plan members cannot reserve tickets for movies in MX4D.

    Special events are not eligible and are excluded from the Showcase Subscribe program. Special events include, but are not limited to, fan events, private screenings, movie marathons, double features, Fathom Events, Metropolitan Opera, sporting events, select showtimes of certain foreign language films, and other events that are priced above standard ticket price. Check individual showtimes for details.

  • How many advance ticket reservations can I make?
  • Showcase Subscribe members can make one, two, three, or five advance ticket reservations per month (30 days) depending on the plan purchased.

  • Do I have to pay online ticketing fees?
  • No, Showcase Subscribe members never pay online ticketing fees!

  • How do I cancel reservations?
  • Sign into the Showcase Subscribe app and visit your profile page to cancel your reservations.

  • What happens if I do not show up for my movie?
  • If you do not show up for your movie, the movie will count as one visit and will be deducted from your plan allotment.

  • Is there an initial, non-cancellable commitment when a Showcase Subscribe membership is purchased?
  • There is an initial, non-cancellable three-month (90-day) commitment for all Showcase Subscribe members who purchase a plan. 

  • Can I purchase concessions on the Showcase Subscribe app?
  • No, food and beverage purchases are not available on the Showcase Subscribe app.

  • Can I reserve tickets for a showtime that just started?
  • No, Showcase Subscribe members cannot reserve tickets for a showtime that just started.  Tickets must be reserved prior to the start of the show.
