  • You may cancel your Showcase Subscribe membership on your membership page. After the cancellation, your membership will not be renewed but you will be able to use Showcase Subscribe membership until the last day of your plan.

  • How will I be notified of a price change?
  • You will be notified of price changes via email.

  • When will I be charged?
  • You will be charged monthly on the same day you enrolled.

  • Can I pay upfront for 12 months?
  • No, Showcase Subscribe is a monthly membership service with monthly payments.

  • What payment options are valid?
  • A valid credit or debit card is required when enrolling into Showcase Subscribe.

  • How do I use my membership?
  • Visit the Showcase Subscribe app to access your virtual card, plan your next visit to the movies and view your account. When making your reservation through our mobile app, just be sure you are signed in and your subscription savings will be automatically applied to eligible tickets. You can also make reservations in theatre at box office and ticketing kiosk.

  • How do I redeem a reservation I made?
  • To redeem a reservation, members must “check in” when they arrive at the theatre and we will issue you a QR code. Showcase Subscribe members can “check in” within one hour before to 30 minutes after your showtime. The member must present the QR code issued for admittance to your performance. You may also be required to present a valid Photo ID.
