  • How do I cancel my membership?
  • Members must cancel their membership at least forty-eight (48) hours before it renews each month to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to their payment method as long as the initial commitment is satisfied depending on the plan purchased.  You may cancel your Showcase Subscribe membership on your membership page. After the cancellation, your membership will not be renewed but you will be able to use Showcase Subscribe membership until the last day of your plan.

  • How will I be notified of a price change?
  • You will be notified of price changes via email.

  • When will I be charged?
  • You will make your first Showcase Subscribe payment when you complete the registration process.  Your plan period will renew and you will be billed every 31 days thereafter.

  • Can I pay upfront for 12 months?
  • No, Showcase Subscribe is a monthly membership service with monthly payments.

  • What payment options are valid?
  • A valid credit or debit card is required when enrolling into Showcase Subscribe.

  • How do I use my membership?
  • Sign into the Showcase Subscribe app to access your account and reserve tickets. Members also save 20% on concession purchases made in theater.

  • How do I redeem a reservation I made?
  • To redeem a reservation, members must “check in” when they arrive at the theater and we will issue you a QR code. Showcase Subscribe members can “check in” within one hour before to 30 minutes after your showtime. The member must present the QR code issued for admittance to your performance. You may also be required to present a valid Photo ID.
